Abstract:
Eyelid surgery is one of the most common surgical procedures in the field of cosmetic surgery, and preoperative design is an important step in the surgery, and proper preoperative design can provide a strong guarantee for postoperative results. However, there is still no uniform standard for the preoperative design method of double-eyelid blepharoplasty. This article provided an overview of the mechanism of double eyelid and the anatomical principle of double-eyelid blepharoplasty, and summarized the design method of the preoperative design of the double-eyelid blepharoplasty line and the amount of skin tissue removed from the upper eyelid, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of double-eyelid blepharoplasty.
