Abstract:
Objective To enhance the standardization rate of anticancer drug treatment records.Methods Based on the PDCA cycle quality management tool,C hospital developed and implemented the expert consensus on the Writing Standards for Medical Records of Anticancer Drug Treatment,and continuously monitored the record standard rate.x2 test,Fisher exact probability method and Mann-Kendall trend test were used to analyze the monitoring data.Results After publicity,training,quality control and inclusion in performance assessment,C hospital record standard rate improved rapidly,surpassed 99％in April 2023 and remaining stable thereafter.Before and after the dissemination of the management experience in District H of Beijing,the standardization rate of anticancer drug treatment records increased from 56.99％in the first quarter of 2023 to 72.82％in the first quarter of 2024.An upward trend was observed in the standardization rate of whether there is an evaluation of adverse reactions.Conclusion The standardization rate of anticancer drug treatment records based on PDCA cycle has improved.However,continuous monitoring and improvement of the standardization rate within the region are still required in the future.
