Abstract:
Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of Party building work in private medical institu-tions,so as to provide a reference for comprehensively strengthening Party building in such institutions.Methods By adopting the content analysis method,this study summarized and analyzed the survey data collected from 12 selected private medical insti-tutions in Liaoning and Jiangsu provinces.Results The management mechanisms for Party building work in private medical insti-tutions of the two provinces(Liaoning and Jiangsu)became increasingly clear.Through the integration of Party organizations into the hospital governance structure and their role in providing political guidance,the governance efficiency of hospitals was effec-tively improved.However,several problems exist,including inadequate coverage of Party organizations,imperfect Party building work mechanisms,difficulties in Party member education and management,and an insufficient contingent of Party affairs cadres.Conclusion The Party building work in private medical institutions remains relatively weak.This paper recommends that a three-dimensional mechanism for enhancing Party-building effectiveness—covering institutional supply,policy transmission,and organizational practice—be established to systematically optimize the effectiveness of Party building in private medical institu-tions.
