Abstract:
Cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment programs involve complex institu-tional and personnel,long cycles,large funding requirements,and uneven quality levels,posing challenges to scientific management.This paper focuses on the high-quality development of cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment work,and optimizes the project management system for cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment based on the PDCA cycle.By introducing the PD-CA cycle to cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment project in Beijing,the application of the PDCA cycle in cancer screening and early diagnosis and treatment was further explored.
