- Abstract: Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T)products are"living drugs",which are different from small molecules and biological products in mechanism and behavior in vivo.The cellular kinetics,bioanalysis methods and potential factors are discussed based on the approved products'mechanisms and published literature.A thorough research on the characterization of cellular kinetics can help the dose finding of CAR-T products.
