The Effects for Chinese Five Elements Music Therapy Combined with Acanthopanax for Sleep Deprivation Rats on Sleep Memory and Intestinal Microecology

- Abstract: Objective Exploring the effects of five element music therapy for sleep deprived rats,discussing the mechanism of Chinese five element music therapy for insomnia on the behavior and gut microbiota of sleep deprived rats.Method 36 rats were randomly divided into blank group(K),model group(M),traditional Chinese medicine group(ZY),western medicine group(X),music group(Y),and music combined traditional Chinese medicine group(ZYY).Inject PCPA suspension overlay multifactor stimulus to establish depression mice model with deficiency of both heart and spleen for three consecutive days into the other five groups,except for the blank group.The Y group and the ZYY group were simultaneously given a 4-week intervention with five element music therapy combined with acanthopanax.In the end,Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory abilities of rats in each group.HE staining was used to observe the morphology of neurons in the CA1 area of the hippocampus of rats.The effects of serum GABA and 5HT were used to observe the regulatory effect of ZYY group.Results The number of times the platform crossed,the time and distance traveled by the target quadrant were significantly increased for ZYY group.The number of neurons in the CA1 region of the rats superimposed on the ZYY group increased.The serum 5-HT level and GABA level of the rats in the ZYY group increased.The species and diversity of the bacterial community in rats for ZYY group exhibited varying degrees of increase.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and music group can significantly improve the spatial exploration and positioning cruising ability of rats,increase the serum GABA and 5-HT levels,improve the pathological damage of the CA1 area tissue structure,and increase the diversity of intestinal microbiota in rats.
