Abstract:
Alpha-synuclein(α-syn)disease is a group of neurodegenerative diseases characterized by abnormal aggregation of α-syn,which mainly includes Parkinson's disease,dementia with Lewy bodies and multiple system atrophy.Currently,the diagnosis of these diseases mainly relies on the clinical manifestations of patients,which leads to a relatively high rate of misdiagnosis.Because CSF can directly reflect the state of brain tissue,this article combines the pathophysiological mechanism of α-syn disease,reviews the research status of α-syn in CSF,pathological markers of Alzheimer's disease,neuroinflammatory markers and neurofilament light chain as biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of α-syn disease.
