Abstract:
Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)disease has become a worldwide clinical medical challenge,imposing enormous socioeconomic burdens on diabetic patients,their families,and society due to high morbidity,disability,cost,and relapse.Therefore,it is important to improve the knowledge of DFU.DFU wound healing is a complex and incompletely understood pathophysiological state.Various factors have different roles in the process of wound healing,such as cell,inflammation and immunity,bacteria,microRNA,stem cells,obstructive sleep apnea and so on.In this paper,we focused on fundamental research of DFU,and provided new ideas and targets for exploring therapeutic strategies,in order to reduce the incidence of DFU and improve its cure rate.
