Abstract:
Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma(IVLBCL)is an extranodal subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that most commonly involves the nervous system,skin,and parenchymal organs.This rare disease lacks specific clinical and imaging features.When presenting as cerebral infarction,IVLBCL may manifest as scattered punctate infarcts,cerebral microbleeds,and even vasculitis-like white matter lesions,making it highly susceptible to misdiagnosis.This article reported a case of IVLBCL primarily present as cerebral infarction,which was ultimately diagnosed through brain biopsy.The clinical features,imaging manifestations,and pathological diagnosis of IVLBCL are discussed,aiming to enhance clinicians' understanding of this disease and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
