Abstract:
Objective To summarize the requirements of general diagnostic techniques and purposely construct a new integrated scheme of portable general diagnosis system for shipboard medical care.Methods The requirements and integrated scheme of general diagnostic techniques were completed through the access of design practice of shipboard medical systems,as well as practical investigation,data analysis and virtual design.Results Following results were achieved in the study:the features and medical problems that might be encountered in routine medical care during prolonged deployment at sea were discussed;the composition of commonly-seen illnesses and injuries onboard ship,possible inducing factors,as well as demands of routine diagnostic systems were screened;general diagnostic techniques,their features and necessary support conditions were summarized;the integrated scheme of general diagnostic systems was initially designed and the process of data flow was preliminarily programed.Conclusion This study could solve those problems concerning overall management and use of shipboard medical systems or appliances,and also could provide necessary technical support for the overall solution of shipboard medical systems.
