Abstract:
Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome(INS)in children is a type of primary glomerular disease caused by a variety of causes.Recent research has highlighted the pivotal roles of immune dysfunction and gut microbiota imbalance in its development.Regulatory T cell dysfunction is key in INS progression, and changes in gut microbiota composition and its metabolic byproducts are closely tied to immune system disruption. This study aims to perform a systematic review of the relationship between immune dysfunction and gut microbiota dysbiosis in INS children.
