Abstract:
As the basic unit of the Party's organizational system,the Party branch of public hospitals plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of hospital medical services and talent selection.This article analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the Party branch construction in Panyu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guang-zhou,and integrates the concept of matrix management into Party building work.Through the dual leadership of the Party branch and Party building group,optimized resource allocation,strengthened cross departmental cooperation,and stimulated the vitality of Party members,the hospital has made certain progress in medical service quality,management level,and cultural construc-tion.It fully leverages the fighting fortress of the Party branch and the exemplary leading role of Party members,promotes the deep integration of Party building and business work,and provides solid guarantees for the high-quality development and talent cultivation of the hospital.
