Abstract:
Talents are the core competitiveness of hospital development.Under the background of"breaking 4 unique conditions",public hospitals need to establish a new talent cultivation and evaluation mechanism to meet the diversified talent needs and development trends.A large public hospital creatively implemented the"three talents and one excellent"classification cultivation project,namely,the research talents"famous medical scientists",the clinical talents"famous doctors",the teaching talents"famous professors",and the"excellent management talents".A new training mechanism which reflected the different characteristics of talents in different positions and at different levels has been established.The training objectives,training paths,selection and assessment,and incentive measures have been clearly defined.Remarkable results have been achieved by implementing the project.The hospital has built a high ground for talents gathering,which provides strong support for the high-quality development.
