Abstract:
In the context of high-quality development of public hospitals,establishing a performance-based salary distribution system based on job value is crucial for deepening hospital management and stimulating internal vitality.Due to the fact that the employees in hospital administrative support departments have a lot of routine work,there is a lack of quantitative evaluation methods and tools,which leads to a relatively fixed and average performance-based salary,making it difficult to reflect the actual work value and achievements of different departments and positions,and indirectly affecting the overall service level and efficiency of the hospital.Taking Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example,it explores the relationship between the performance-based salary distribution of hospital administrative support department employees and the operation of the hospital,the responsibilities of the departments,and the value of the positions,through quantitative value evaluation,providing reference for the improvement of the performance-based salary distribution system of public hospitals.
