- Abstract: Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor(AT/RT)is a rare,highly malignant central nervous system tumor with a poor prognosis and often occurs in children under 3 years of age.In this article,the clinicopathological features,molecular subtypes,pathogenesis,treatment,prognosis,relevant clinical trials,and existing problems of AT/RT will be reviewed to deepen the understanding of AT/RT.
