Abstract:
Although pharmaceutical service price regulation varies across countries,it can generally be categorized into three approaches:price setting,reference pricing,and price negotiation.It systematically reviews the cost-control effects of these regulatory mechanisms in international contexts.Specifically,it explores the rationale behind the selection of different regulatory approaches in varying policy environments,and synthesizes key insights from global regulatory practices,assesses their implementation outcomes.The experiences and insights of countries in the practice of price regulation are summarized from an international perspective,with a view to providing theoretical support for the scientific design and implementation of price regulation and laying the foundation for cross-country comparative studies.
