Abstract:
Objective To construct an integrated comprehensive rehabilitation management service system for patients with breast cancer,and provide theoretical and clinical references for the development of comprehensive management of breast cancer throughout its course.Methods Guided by the rainbow model,the pool of integrated whole rehabilitation management service system for breast cancer was initially constructed by literature analysis and semi-structured interview method,and then the evaluation index system and weight were determined by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspon-dence questionnaires were both 100％.The authority coefficients of the expert consultation were 0.863 and 0.861 in the first and second rounds,respectively.In the second round of expert correspondence,the coordination coeffi-cients of each index were 0.753,0.616 and 0.725(P＜0.01),respectively.The final integrated comprehensive reha-bilitation management service system for breast cancer includes 6 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 63 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed integrated comprehensive rehabilitation management ser-vice system for patients with breast cancer based on the rainbow model has good scientificity,reliability,and practi-cability,which can provide an effective tool for the professional development of breast cancer management services.
