Abstract:
Social psychological assessment is an important part of the comprehensive evaluation before heart transplantation.Certain social psychological factors not only directly affect postoperative outcomes and prognosis but also can even be viewed as contraindications for heart transplantation.However,the social psychological assessment before heart transplantation has not yet been standardized and systematized in China.Based on the expert consensus on social psychological assessment released by the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation(ISHLT)in 2018,and in conjunction with new research results in recent years,this article reviews the content and implementation process of social psychological factors assessment before heart transplantation.
