Abstract:
Objective To review the research progress on controlling plateau deadaptation on the purpose of providing technology and methods of medical rehabilitation for the flying personnel stationed on plateau.Literature resource and selection Relevant papers and monographs published in China and abroad.Literature quotation Forty-two published references were cited.Literature synthesis The definition of altitude deadaptation and the effects of altitude deadaptation on the organ function of human body were retrospect.The main clinical symptoms,the morbidity,as well as research progress in this field at home and abroad were illustrated.The treatment limitations of altitude deadaptation were also discussed.Comprehensive medical rehabilitation measures were put forward,such as sports training,dietary intervention,psychological adjustment,physical therapy,musical appreciation,hydrotherapy,hyperbaric oxygen,drugs,etc.The mechanisms of the involved rehabilitation techniques,methodology and the validity of different diseases were described in detail.Moreover,the suggestions on normative,routinization and evaluation method of rehabilitation technique system,as well as the classified management approach and early preventive measures were proposed.Conclusion The deadaptation time would be shortened for the recovery of flying personnel' s abilities by integrating the rehabilitation technology resources,establishing the dimensional early rehabilitation training system,improving the construction of organization structure and responsibility system,regulating rehabilitation training guidelines and procedures,as well as quantifying objectives management.
