Abstract:
Objective:To construct an indicator system for monitoring and evaluating the capacity of regional traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health service,and to provide a reference basis for the high-quality development of national TCM health service.Methods:Literature analysis method,Delphi method and subjective and objective assignment method were comprehensively applied to determine the indicator system and its weights.Results:After three rounds of expert consultation,the indicator system for monitoring and evaluating the regional TCM health service capacity was finally constructed,containing 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,45 third-level indicators and their corresponding weights for the supportive environment of TCM,medical resources of TCM,inheritance and innovation of TCM,and utilization of TCM services.Conclusion:The constructed monitoring and evaluation index system of regional TCM health service capacity can scientifically,comprehensively and synthetically evaluate the current situation and potential of the development of regional TCM health service capacity at the municipal level across the country,and it is an effective tool for the formulation,monitoring and evaluation of TCM health service management policies.
