Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current research landscape and emerging hotspots of acute myeloid leukemia(AML)using COOC and VOSviewer software. Methods AML-related articles published between Jan 2004 and Aug 2024 was searched from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and Web of Science databases. After data cleansing,COOC and VOSviewer software were used for the analysis of publica-tion trends, publication frequency, collaboration networks and keywords. Results A total of 4442 Chinese and 33058 English articles were included for analysis.Over the past 20 years, the annual number of Chinese publications has remained stable at approximately 200-250,whereas English publications have shown a consistent increase, stabilizing at over 2000 after 2020 years.Regarding international col-laboration,China collaborated with 74 other countries, with a total link strength of 1708,lower than the USA,Germany,France and other countries.Keyword analysis revealed that hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, prognosis, and immunotherapy were the current research hotspots. Conclusions The research interest of acute myeloid leukemia was steadily increasing, and hematopoietic stem cell transplanta-tion,prognosis,and immunotherapy emerging as major research focuses.
