Abstract: This paper reports a case of a rare patient with inherited thrombophilia leading to mesenteric venous thrombosis and secondary small bowel obstruction. The diagnosis of the patient was confirmed through multidisciplinary team collaboration, and the intestinal obstruction was finally relieved through small bowel endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment. This paper also discusses the differential diagnosis and treatment of small bowel stricture lesions for peer reference.
