Abstract:
Objective To investigate correlation factors and preventive、strategies of ocular trauma in seamen.Methods All patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to differences of emergent preventive strategies,and comparatively analyzed the visiting time,the trauma causes,the position and the category of injury,the visual acuity before and after trauma,the complication and the median hospital day after the admission.Results There were no statistical significant differences in the visiting time,the trauma causes,the position and the category of injury between the two groups(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the visual acuity in treatment group after treatment was better,and the complication ratio and median hospital day lower.They existed statistical significance between the difference of two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions It is of great importance for seaman with ocular trauma to perform emergent preventive strategy,and benefits the prevention of complication,the decrease of visual damage,the decurtation of hospital day and the notable improvement of the clinical effectiveness.
