- Abstract: Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor in the urinary system.At present,the main treatment methods include surgery and drug therapy.Although surgical treatment has shown remarkable effects,the prognosis and quality of life of patients still need to be improved.In recent years,immunotherapy has developed rapidly,with programmed cell death-1(PD-1)/programmed cell death-ligand-1(PD-L1)emerging as particularly prominent targets.In order to deeply understand the potential of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in the treatment of bladder cancer and provide new ideas for the treatment of bladder cancer,this study reviewed the research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors in the field of bladder cancer.
