The integrative synthesis was used to summarize and integrate the results of the literature. Results:A total of 12 articles were included, and 40 findings were distilled into nine categories, resulting in four integrated findings, namely information access needs, caregiver role support needs, psycho-emotional needs, and social support needs. Conclusions:Caregivers of stroke patients have information knowledge, role management, psycho-emotional and social support care needs.
