Abstract:
Objective:To construct a homogenized standardized training program for new nurses based on the synergistic development theory in the context of national regional medical centers, and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods:New nurses in 2021 and 2022 from the pilot hospitals of national regional medical centers (Shanxi Hospital of Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shenzhen Hospital of Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Liaoning Hospital of Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences) with the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as the output hospital were selected from August 2021 to September 2023 using the convenience sampling method. The new nurses in 2021 were used as control group ( n=201) and the new nurses in 2022 were used as observation group ( n=172). In control group, the hospitals of each regional medical center carried out standardized training for new nurses under the traditional model, and observation group adopted the homogenized standardized training program of the oncology regional medical center. The post-training theoretical and operational scores, core competencies of nurses and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After training, the theoretical score of observation group was (91.96±9.55), which was higher than that of control group (88.71±12.08), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-2.899, P<0.05). The post-training operational score of observation group was (95.28±3.44), which was higher than that of control group (94.53±3.65), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-2.041, P<0.05). The total core competency score of the nurses in observation group was (175.19±35.12), which was higher than that of control group (168.57±27.84), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-2.029, P<0.05). The training satisfaction score of observation group was (54.48±6.76), which was higher than that of control group (53.09±6.66), and the difference was statistically significant ( t=-1.996, P<0.05) . Conclusions:The homogenized standardized training program of the oncology regional medical center can effectively improve the effect of standardized training for new nurses and the core competence of nurses in each imported hospital, and the nurses' satisfaction is high, which promotes the training of nursing talents and the reserve of talent power in the imported hospitals, and facilitates the synergistic development of the region.
