Abstract: Patients with severe periodontal disease often involve multidisciplinary therapy.This paper reports a case of adult patients with severe periodontitis who was treated by orthodontics,restoration,and periodontics.The space between upper central incisors was closed,aesthetics and periodontal conditions were significantly improved.
