Abstract:
Objective To observe the effects of MIP-2 antibody on the inflammation in lung tissue of pulmonary oxygen toxicity in mice. Methods The pulmonary oxygen toxicity model were duplicated by breathing hyperbaric oxygen, and 40 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group.0.2 MPa-224 min group,0.2 MPa-289 min group, normal O2 group, and antibody group.Mice in the control group breathed normal air,the normal O2 group breathed N2-O2 gas mixture,in which O2 partial pressure was same to that in the atmosphere. The antibody group breathed MIP-2 antibody aerosol. The expression of MIP-2 in the lung was measured by IHC.Results The MIP-2 abundance of HBO treated groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),whereas the expression of MIP-2 of the normal O2 group was not significantly higher than that of the control group (P>0.05).MIP-2 antibody may alleviate inflammation lesion of pulmonary oxygen toxicity in mice. Conclusions Pulmonary oxygen toxicity might elevate expression of MIP-2,and MIP-2 antibody alleviate inflammation lesion of pulmonary oxygen toxicity in mice.
