Abstract:
Pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) is the most common primary malignancy of the lungs in children. It is now widely believed that the disease is closely related to genetic variation in patients, especially DICER1 gene mutations.Having the knowledge of genetic variations in children is of great significance for the identification of high-risk groups, disease diagnosis and identification, and the formulation of disease surveillance strategies. Therefore, the genetic progress of pediatric PPB was reviewed in this article.
