Abstract:
Lean operation management is one of the important goals of modernizing the governance system and capacity of public hospitals,and the integration of business and finance is the trend for the future operation and development of hospitals.Starting from the concept analysis of the integration of business and finance and lean operation management in public hospitals,it deeply analyzes the various guarantee mechanisms required for the integration of business and finance in public hospitals in China from multiple dimensions.Combined with the specific practical situation of case hospitals,it explores and proposes a specific implementation path for lean operation management in public hospitals with a focus on business and finance integration.
