- Abstract: Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in December 2019,SARS-CoV-2,which is constantly mutating, has brought unprecedented challenges to the field of solid organ transplantation. However, kidney transplant recipients(KTRs)are at high risk of developing severe disease after SARS-CoV-2 infection due to years of immunosuppressants and a variety of complications. This article aims to review the latest diagnosis and treatment progress of kidney transplantation under the current new epidemiological background,so as to provide reference for the subsequent management of KTRs under the new epidemiological background.
