Abstract:
The authors systematically reviewed the current research landscape on the dynamic progression of frailty in elderly cancer patients, identified gaps in existing studies, and emphasized the nursing value of trajectory models in identifying high-risk subgroups, pinpointing the "frailty inflection point," and determining optimal intervention windows. Furthermore, by integrating relevant national health policies, it proposed trajectory-guided, continuous, and precision-oriented nursing intervention strategies aimed at enhancing care quality and improving patient clinical outcomes.
