Abstract:
Non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) is a serious problem that plagues infertile men all over the world, but its specific genetic pathogenic factors are not completely clear at present. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of research on bioinformatics and genetics, more and more pathogenic genes have been found. The objects of genetic research on NOA mainly include chromosome abnormality, chromosome microdeletion, gene mutations and epigenetic modifications. In this paper, we have made a simple summary and evaluation of these findings, which will help you further understand the progress of genetic research on NOA.
