Abstract:
A multi-mode transcranial electrical stimulation device with adjustable high precision is designed to meet the higher requirements for device flexibility and precision in the field of neuromodulation.With STM32F407ZGT6 as the core controller,the device is equipped with FreeRTOS operating system,and its electrical stimulation source is composed of a high-precision digital-to-analog converter chip AD5676R and an enhanced Howland constant current source circuit,and it incorporates the INA228 chip to achieve accurate impedance online monitoring.The experimental results show that the device supports unipolar and bipolar direct current,alternating current,pulse and noise outputs,while exhibiting high precision in current output,frequency control,pulse width regulation,and impedance monitoring.The output current is adjustable within the range of-2 to 2 mA at a step size of 1 μA;the frequency can be adjusted in the ranges of 1-200,200-600,and 600-800 Hz,with corresponding step sizes of 0.1,0.5 and 1.0 Hz,respectively;and pulse width is adjustable within the ranges of 0.3-10.0,10-100,and 100-1000 ms,with corresponding step sizes of 0.1,1.0 and 2.0 ms,respectively.
