Abstract:
Currently, there is no evidence-based data for evaluating and reducting the reproductive risks in preconception care (PCC) for women with adenomyosis who are not planning to get pregnant or who are preparing for pregnancy. When adenomyosis affects more than 50% of the uterus, or although it affects the uterus by 25%-50%, accompanied with obvious deformation of the cavity, thin endometrium, poor ovarian reservation and other problems; the reproductive function is seriously damaged, which can be regarded as a high risk factor for reproduction. The most ideal fertility preservation option is achieving pregnancy and giving birth as early as possible. Understanding the regional anatomy of myometrial zone of the uterus and the function of inner uterine myometrium can help to evaluate the impact of adenomyosis on reproductive function.
