Abstract:
Heat shock factor 1(HSF1)is a regulatory factor in the cellular stress response.Recent studies have shown that the combination of HSF1 inhibitors and chemotherapeutic drugs can achieve synergistic effects through multiple mechanisms,in-cluding reversing drug resistance,enhancing immune responses,and regulating DNA damage repair and cell death programs.In this article,we review the research progress of anti-tumor effects of HSF1 inhibitor combined with chemotherapeutic drugs.
