Abstract:
Medical consumables serve as a critical foundation for hospital activities such as medical care,scientific re-search,and teaching.Characterized by a wide variety,complex specifications,and high specialization,they constitute a signifi-cant portion of hospital operational costs.Based on systems theory and taking a specific hospital as an example,this paper thor-oughly examines the current status,issues,and underlying causes of medical consumables management.It proposes improvement measures regarding organizational structure,system development,information system enhancement,and process optimization.Particularly,by focusing on the development and utilization of related archives,the paper emphasizes continuously advancing the refinement of consumables management,which is crucial for reducing hospital operational costs.
