Abstract:
Pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death mediated by caspase,resulting in cell swelling rupture and release of inflammatory factors.The persistent infection and high inflammation of diabetic wound are closely related to pyroptosis.This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between pyroptosis and DM wounds.
