Abstract:
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a maternally-derived disease that can have adverse effects on pregnant women and newborns. Understanding the relationship between SLE and pregnancy, studying the changes in maternal molecular levels and organ changes, and providing scientific assessment, treatment, and prevention for patients with fertility intentions can improve adverse pregnancy outcomes. It also explains the molecular biology of neonatal lupus erythematosus and its clinical manifestations, providing scientific guidance for subsequent research and clinical practitioners to improve the prognosis of affected children.
