Abstract:
Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a risk factor for the occurrence of dementia,it accelerates the progression of patients from mild cognitive impairment(MCI)to dementia.Early detection of MCI and the adoption of effective intervention measures are important ways to prevent and delay the occurrence of dementia. The delayed pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling technology developed in recent years not only has the advantage of non-invasive and accurate quantification, but also can be used to evaluate cerebral blood flow and its changes over time.It is expected to become a new clinical technology for the early diagnosis and follow-up evaluation of intervention and treatment effects in T2DM complicated with MCI.
