Abstract:
Acute necrotizing encephalopathy（ANE）is a rare，acute，destructive central nervous system disorder，primarily affecting children.It has an acute onset，rapid progression，a high mortality rate，and survivors often suffer from severe neurological sequelae.In recent years，the use of immunomodulatory agents has brought new hope for the treatment of ANE.This review analyzed the application of immunomodulatory agents in the treatment of ANE，providing a basis for better clinical guidance.
