Abstract:
Objective:To compare the current postgraduate curriculum system of nutrition and food hygiene in China and abroad.Methods:Program objectives, structure, content, implementation, and assessment were compared pairwise and systematically by text analysis, word frequency statistics, quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis to identify the characteristics and differences among universities and to summarize the features of the postgraduate curriculum system for this field of study.Results:Postgraduate training varied greatly between domestic and international programs. The curriculum system in China lacked flexibility and innovation, and their practicability required further improvement.Conclusions:The postgraduate curriculum system of nutrition and food hygiene in China should prioritize diversity, practicality, and cutting-edge knowledge, utilize different teaching approaches, and strengthen inter-university exchange to foster the training of high-caliber talents.
