Abstract:
Objective To observe the effectiveness of biological agents for the treatment of neuro-beh?et's syndrome(NBS).Methods Databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM were searched for studies on biological agents for NBS.Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 16.0.Results Nine studies,comprising 140 NBS patients were included.Effect-size analysis showed that 92％of the treated patients in the analysis were responders to biological agents(95％CI:0.76-1.08).There was no significant inter-study heterogeneity(I2=0％).Conclusion Biological agents are effective treatments for NBS,especially in refractory cases,but more large-scale,high-quality controlled studies are needed to accurately assess the efficacy and safety of biologics in NBS patients.
