Abstract: Stroke associated with infective endocarditis is rare and has a high mortality rate.Lack of clinical understanding can easily lead to misdiagnosis,and delayed treatment can lead to poor prognosis.This article reports a case of infective endocarditis complicated with severe mixed stroke,in order to improve clinicians'attention to the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
