- Abstract: This paper reports a case of disseminated infection caused by Fusarium solani in a patient with acute myeloid leukemia after transplantation.Fusariun solani was cultured from the patient's blood as well as foot and ocular secretion.Anti-infection treatment was not effective.Combined with literature review,characteristics,clini-cal diagnosis,and treatment strategies of Fusarium disseminated infection were analyzed,aiming to assist the early detection,early diagnosis,and early treatment in clinical practice.
