Abstract:
Young cadres in the healthcare system are characterized by strong professional competence and high academic qualifications and are regarded as the core force driving the high-quality development of the healthcare sector.Thus,integrity ed-ucation for this group is of particular importance.This study investigated the status of integrity education for young cadres in Shanghai's healthcare system,and analyzed the dilemmas and challenges encountered in aspects of educational content,delivery vehicles,work-study conflict,and feedback mechanisms.In response,countermeasures were proposed to deepen affinity,en-hance penetrating power,strengthen executive capacity,and boost synergistic capacity.These measures were intended to promote integrity in the professional practice of young cadres,thereby contributing to the advancement of the"Healthy China"initiative.
