Abstract:
As a minimally invasive gynecological surgery,laparoendoscopic single site surgery-total hysterectomy(LESS-TH)has the advantages of minimal trauma,fast recovery and beautiful incision,however,due to narrow operating space,significant instrument interference and insufficient stereoscopic vision,it is difficult to identify anatomical landmark during surgery,which can easily cause tissue damage,prolong surgical time and increase the risk of complications.The breakthrough of deep learning technology in the field of medical image analysis provides a new direction for solving the problem of LESS-TH anatomical landmark recognition.This paper reviews and analyzes the clinical status of LESS-TH,the application progress of deep learning technology in anatomical landmark recognition,to analyze the significance,value and challenges of LESS-TH anatomical landmark recognition systems,and provide reference for research and clinical practice in this field.
