Abstract:
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Niaoduqing Granules combined with mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of children with primary immunoglobulin A nephropathy(IgAN)and its influence on inflammatory oxidative factors and immune function.Methods:This study was a prospective study,76 children with IgAN who were admitted to the Maternity and Children's Hospital of Xizang Autonomous Region from January 2023 to May 2024 were included,they were divided into single group(treated with mycophenolate mofetil,n=38)and combined group(treated with Niaoduqing Granules combined with mycophenolate mofetil,n=38)according to random number table.The clinical efficacy and renal function indicators[24 h urine protein quantification,n-acetyl-β-d-gluco-saminidase(NAG)enzyme,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)],inflammatory oxidative factors[γ-interferon(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],immune function[CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,primary immunoglobulin A(IgA),primary immunoglobulin G(IgG)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared betweem two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P＜0.05).Scr,BUN,24 h urine protein quantification and urine NAG enzyme of the combined group at 6 months after treatment were lower than those of the single group(P＜0.05).IFN-γ,MDA and IL-2 of the combined group at 6 months after treatment were lower than those of the single group,SOD was higher than that of the single group(P＜0.05).CD3+,CD4+/CD8+of the combined group at 6 months after treatment were higher than those of the single group,IgA,IgG was lower than those of the single group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Niaoduqing Granules combined with mycophenolate mofetil in the treatment of children with IgAN,can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,enhance inflammatory oxidative factors and immune function,and has good safety.
