Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum trefoil factor 1(TFF1)and trefoil factor 3(TFF3)and the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer.Methods:135 patients with advanced endometrial cancer who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Fujian Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected prospectively,serum TFF1 and TFF3 levels were detected after admission,patients were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The influence factors of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer were analyed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis.The value of serum TFF1 and TFF3 alone and in combination for predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results:The effective rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in 135 patients with advanced endometrial cancer was 70.37%.Serum TFF1 and TFF3 levels in ineffective group were higher than those in effective group(P<0.05).Serum TFF1 and TFF3 increased,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were risk factors for ineffective neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that,the area under the curve(AUC)of serum TFF1 and TFF3 in predicting the ineffective neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer was 0.758 and 0.704,respectively,the AUC of combined prediction was 0.847,and the AUC of combined prediction was greater than that of single prediction.Conclusion:Serum TFF 1 and TFF3 abnormal increase are risk factor for the ineffective neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer.The combined prediction of the value of ineffective neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced endometrial cancer is higher.
