Abstract:
After radiotherapy of intracranial germ cell tumors (iGCTs), female patients may suffer from hypogonadotropic amenorrhea and infertility. In this case, we investigated the selection of pregnancy assistance treatment and pregnancy assistance program for patients with iGCTs radiotherapy history. This case reported a patient with a history of radiotherapy for iGCTs who underwent fresh embryo transfer and successful pregnancy after ovulation induction with injectable human menopausal gonadotropin and recombinant human luteinizing hormone. The patient underwent cesarean section at 39 +5 weeks of gestation and delivered a healthy female infant. This pregnancy assistance scheme can provide reference for the treatment of similar patients and optimize clinical decision-making.
